I have been an online student of Iti for a year. Iti is an excellent instructor as she is always patient and helpful. Iti always makes a point to guide her students to ensure proper alignment and also encourages a steady progression to new, different and more difficult poses. My days can be extremely hectic and stressful, so having an opportunity to simply sit and be mindful of my breathing at the beginning and end of a yoga class is particularly rewarding. Yoga classes with Iti have been an enriching experience in my life. She is an inspirational yoga teacher who takes an interest in her students both on and off the mat. Having said that, classes never seem like a chore. Instead, classes are most enjoyable and I always look forward to them. Iti is an amazing teacher and truly dedicated to the spirit of yoga.
